rely on us to make sure the orthotics are made to the best possible standard. That’s why our custom orthotics
are crafted by Certified Pedorthists and Certified Pedorthic Technicians who take the time to create hand-made
custom foot orthotics from positive moulds of the foot.
Our laboratory staff is trained in performing various orthotic
modifications - whether it be of the shell or an addition. From simple heel cushions to fancy Kirby skives, we can incorporate
any of your orthotic requirements. From functional to accommodative, we've got your patients' feet covered!
Moreover, we can fit your patients' custom orthotics into
the Dr. Comfort shoe of their choice... After all, the orthotic will work best if it’s
in the right shoe! Healthy feet are important and having the right shoes and the right orthotics is a key aspect of
healthy feet!

When casting a patient for custom orthotics for use in NON Dr. Comfort shoes, please trace an outline of the existing insert
from the shoe either on the foam box lid, or on a separate sheet of paper. This helps ensure a better
fitting custom orthotic for your patient, and avoids the need to return for adjustments in sizing.
If you are returning shoes
with custom orthotics, please inform us if the orthotics need to be sent back for adjustment to new shoes (i.e. if shoe size
is exchanged, etc.)
